The Tri-State Training Alliance (TSTA) for Law Enforcement & Corrections was formed to enhance the ability of agencies and departments to be able to communicate and trade information regarding training issues in a forum suited to cross jurisdictional boundaries. Using a dedicated website, quarterly meetings and various databases, agencies from West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania can trade information on training courses, instructors and equipment. Additionally, the TSTA is active in obtaining as well as providing no cost or low cost training for the departments that are active members of the Alliance.
