While The Moundsville Center and The Glenville Center are the primary training sites for NCLETTC, instruction and training is also provided via the Mobile Training Team Concept (MTTC). If an agency has the capability to provide adequate classroom and other training facilities, NCLETTC will travel to a location more convenient to that department. This will minimize much of the traditional training expenses that are often incurred by agencies. All NCLETTC instructors, adjunct or otherwise, have been chosen based on years of practical experience in the field and in front of the classroom. Each is a professional in his or her own right and has been certified at a minimum through The West Virginia Governor’s Committee on Crime Delinquency & Correction.
