On-line Training
The National Corrections and Law Enforcement Training and Technology Center (NCLETTC) is a provider of high quality, low cost training for the Corrections, Law Enforcement and First Responder communities nationwide. Our On-line Training Academy (OTA) provides all public safety professionals with valuable educational resources. OTA's mission is to provide cost-effective flexible training via the World Wide Web to all Corrections, Law Enforcement and First Responders.
On-site Training
The NCLETTC has brought respectable attention to training for public safety agencies and the opportunity to gain exposure to technology for teams training onsite. The Center offers state-of-the-art classrooms with the latest audio visual aids; smart boards, surround sound, audio and video recording for scenarios, crime mapping and general purpose computer laboratory.
The OLETC Mock Prison Riot visit the website
Held annually in Moundsville, WV, at the former WV State Penitentiary, the OLETC Mock Prison Riot offers realistic scenarios where law enforcement and corrections professionals will field test new technologies. This exposure helps determine the real-world effectiveness of the technologies through hands-on application and provides an opportunity for feedback and modification.

The primary objective of our award winning Mock Disaster training exercise is to provide comprehensive operational training for emergency service providers in planning for, evaluating, responding to and mitigating large scale disasters. The emphasis is on pre-planning, preparation, integrated incident command and evaluation.
