The Scientific Research Group uses a Program Management approach and system. Our Program Managers (PMs) each have extensive experience in managing projects and programs, from short-term low-cost efforts, to multi-year efforts of greater than $100 million. Our PMs are responsible for identifying business opportunities, customer relationship management, and direction of projects and programs to meet those customers’ needs. We use a variety of automated tools to accomplish these responsibilities. In addition, the Foundation uses rigorous fiscal management systems, including subcontractor management, to ensure that all work is delivered on time and within budget, while meeting (or exceeding) customer requirements.
