The goal of this program is to provide a safe and secure gateway for the West Virginia business community to enter the global marketplace and to establish the Foundation as a regional and national location for foreign direct investment (FDI). The International Business Program will focus on export assistance; provide international opportunities to foreign companies interested in bringing business to West Virginia; and promote and facilitate teaming, strategic partnerships and joint ventures between West Virginia and foreign-based companies.
